Lead and manage the full SDLC process, including requirements gathering, design, development testing, deployment and support Ensure project deliverables meet functional and non functional business requirements as laid down in design/bidding documents Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external vendors to manage expectations, timelines, sign offs and deliverables Review and validate project documentation including BRDs, SRS, technical designs, and test plans, Monitor project progress and risk, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Provide quality assurance oversight and review key artifacts throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular project reviews and report on status, issues, and risk mitigation strategies. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure stakeholder sign-offs before go-live. Oversee post production support and transition to operations, including knowledge transfer and SLA adherence. Recommend improvements in tools, processes and standards based on project experiences. Implement Standard Operating Procedures to ensure smooth horizontal and vertical communication for keeping updated senior management and relevant stakeholders about status of all projects on fortnightly or monthly basis. A dynamic and experienced IT Consultant to oversee the internal IT operations (software and Hardware) and successful delivery of outsourced IT Projects, ensuring alignment with business goals of the organization and technical requirements detailed in the bidding documents. The consultant will be responsible for end-to end implementation and operations of al projects, providing expert oversight throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) –from requirements gathering and engineering to system go-live and post production support. This role requires strong coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely, quality, and cost effective project outcomes while maintaining compliance with organizational standards and best practices. Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field. Manager’s degree in related field will be considered as an added qualification. Certifications in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) Or software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum) will be an advantage. Quota - Merit Location - Karachi
