Qualification -------------- - Minimum a master's degree in information and communication technology (ICT)from an HEC recognized institution/university. Experience ------------ - At least 10 years of progressive professional experience overseeing large scale ICT development initiatives, including a minimum of 2 years focused on ICT policy formulation. - Comprehensive understanding of government processes. - Proven integrity and leadership, with a track record of successfully managing ICT organization /department/wing in either the public or private sector. Key Competencies: --------------------- - Proven integrity, visionary leadership, strong administrative and financial acumen, and capacity to lead digital transformation along with clear understanding of government policies, rules, regulations, SOP’s Age Limit: ----------- - Not more than 62 years on the date of appointment.
