Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education from HEC recognized university in Management Sciences / Human Resource / Business Administration / Computer Sciences/IT Experience: Minimum 04 years of post qualification experience in Human Resource Development / project management /capacity development projects. Preference will be given to those candidates with PSDP/ADP/Government Projects experience. Skills Required: Excellent communication skills, hands on experience in MS Project, MS Office. Skills to work under pressure and meet deadlines Flexibility and ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment Strong knowledge of ISO standards and Pakistan IT industry Well versed with office productivity, MS Project, MS Excel Internet and email applications Job Descriptions: Will report to Project Manager and will carry out project acticities mainly planning, execution, coordination for timely initiation of the activities and completion of the tasks. Will perform routine Project related tasks and activities Facilitate in achieving set targets and implementation of short- and long-range goals. Monitor the progress of the activities and creation of progress reports. Drafting of ads, EOI's tenders and coordination with concerned for their publishing, assist in evaluation of bids/proposals and completion of file work.
