Skills Required: Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills with fluency in written and spoken English Ability to work under pressure and to resolve problems in an efficient manner Ability to lead a and work effectively as part of a team Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment Well versed with office productivity, MS Excel, Internet and email applications Job Descriptions: Assist the Manager Finance & Administration in the day-to-day operations of the administrative department. Coordinate and oversee office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the administrative team. Handle correspondence, document management, and maintain office records. Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, organized, and equipped with necessary supplies. Assist in the organization of company events, meetings, and conferences. Assist in managing administrative budgets, monitoring expenses, and preparing financial reports. Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents accurately and in a timely manner. Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Assist Manager in monitoring and evaluation of staff performance, providing feedback and support as needed. Maximum age: 45 Years.
