Qualification: Minimum 14 years of education in any discipline from HEC recognized university Experience: Minimum 03 years of post qualification experience in project management/ document management/ HR Skills & administration. Preference will be given to those candidates with PSDP/ADP/Government Projects experience. Skills Required: Excellent communication skills, hands on experience with MS Office. Skills to work under pressure and meet deadlines Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Program Manager and APM Manage program-related documentation, correspondence, and records. Assist in conducting evaluations and audits of project to ensure continuous improvement. Assist in managing program resources, including personnel, budget, and materials. Assist in managing all administrative activities Assist in organizing and participating in meetings, conferences, and networking events. Any other task assigned by the management Annual Increment: 5% annual increment will be given depending upon KPIs achievement and overall performance in the year Age: Maximum 40 Years
