Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education from HEC recognized university in Management Sciences / Marketing or Busienss Development / Business Administration /IT Experience: Minimum 04 years of post-qualification experience in professional graphics designing/animation /caricature or related Skills Required: Mastery of design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator/ Corel Draw, and InDesign is essential for creating and manipulating graphics, illustrations, and layouts. Strong creative abilities are crucial for generating original ideas, concepts, and visual solutions that effectively communicate the desired message or brand identity. Understanding of typography principles, including font selection, spacing, and hierarchy, to create visually appealing and readable designs. Well versed with MS office, MS Project, MS Excel Internet and email applications Job Descriptions: Develop graphics, layouts, and designs for digital and print media including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, magazines, corporate reports, and more. Create visual content for branding, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials. Ensure consistency and alignment with the company’s branding guidelines and visual identity. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas. Stay updated with design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into design projects. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts and execute design solutions that meet project objectives. Responsible for designing/creation of marketing collaterals, brochures, social media posts, annual reports presentations etc. Any other tasks assigned by the management Annual Increment: 5% annual increment will be given depending upon KPIs achievement and overall performance in the year Age: Maximum 45 Years
