Assistant Manager - Social Media Officer (PPS-8) @ Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB)

Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, IT, Media Studies, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 04 years of post-qualification experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or a related field. Preference will be given to those candidates with PSDP/ADP/Government Projects experience. Skills Required: Expertise in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and their best practices. Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies, analytics, and audience engagement techniques. Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting engaging content, captions, and social media posts. Ability to analyze social media metrics and generate insightful reports. Knowledge of paid social media advertising, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Well-versed with MS Office, Internet research, and email applications. Job Descriptions: Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms. Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Manage social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and conversions. Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create compelling visual and video content. Plan and execute influencer collaborations, partnerships, and social media campaigns. Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels. Any other tasks assigned by management.
