Assistant Program Manager - HR Skills (PPS-08) @ Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB)

Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education from HEC recognized university in Management Sciences / Human Resource / Business Administration / Computer Sciences/IT Experience: Minimum 04 years of post qualification experience in Human Resource Development / project management /capacity development projects. Preference will be given to those candidates with PSDP/ADP/Government Projects experience. Skills Required: Excellent communication skills, hands on experience in MS Project, MS Office. Skills to work under pressure and meet deadlines Key Responsibilities: He will be responsible to assist manager in planning, organizing, managing and implementing skills program Provide administrative support to the Program Manager and capacity-building team. Manage program-related documentation, correspondence, and records. Handle scheduling, logistics, and coordination for capacity-building activities. Assist in conducting evaluations and audits of capacity-building programs to ensure continuous improvement. Assist in managing program resources, including personnel, budget, and materials. Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to capacity-building activities. Prepare reports and presentations based on data insights to inform decision-making. Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of program-related data and records. Assist in organizing and participating in meetings, conferences, and networking events. Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements. Track project performance, providing regular updates and reports to the Program Manager. Assist in the design and implementation of capacity-building programs and initiatives. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective delivery of programs. Any other task assigned by the management Annual Increment: 5% annual increment will be given depending upon KPIs achievement and overall performance in the year Age: Maximum 45 Years
