Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education from HEC recognized university in Management Sciences / Economics / Research/ Public Policy/ Business Administration Experience: Minimum 6 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in managing PSDP programs focused on marketing research, survey reports, data analytics, and strategic management. The incumbant must have understanding of market trends related to IT industry, branding and campaigns, and consumer behavior. Preference will be given to those candidates with PSDP/ADP/Government Projects experience. Skills Required: Excellent knowledge of project management (Planning, Organizing, Budgeting, Execution etc.) Excellent communication/ presentation skills with fluency in written and spoken English Flexibility and ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks applicable Well versed with office productivity, MS Project, Excel, & Other international project management tools Job Descriptions: Collaborate with clients to conduct thorough market research, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights. Responsible for designing research methodologies, collecting and interpreting data, and presenting findings that support marketing strategies and business decisions. Develop customized research proposals and strategies to meet client objectives. Design and implement qualitative and quantitative research studies, including surveys, focus groups, and interviews. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive positioning. Collect and analyze data using statistical software and data analysis tools. Provide strategic guidance based on research insights to optimize marketing campaigns and business strategies. Prepare detailed research reports, executive summaries, and visual presentations. Provide ongoing support and follow-up to clients as they implement research-based strategies. Assist clients in understanding their target markets and customer segments.
