Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education from HEC recognized university in Management Sciences / Human Resource / Business Administration / Computer Sciences/IT. Experience:Minimum 6 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in managing PSDP programs focused on human resources, administration, capacity building, or skill development initiatives. Candidates with prior experience in PSDP, ADP, or other government-funded projects will be given preference. Skills Required: Excellent communication skills, hands on experience in MS Project, MS Office. Skills to work under pressure and meet deadlines Key Responsibilities: Program Manager will report directly to Project Director in every assigned tasks Responsible for planning, organizing, managing, and implementing the skills program Manage program-related documentation, correspondence, and records. Supervise scheduling, logistics, and coordination for capacity-building activities. Supervise all project related evaluations and audits of capacity-building programs to ensure continuous improvement. Serve as a liaison between the program team and external stakeholders, including partners, beneficiaries, and donors. Foster positive relationships with stakeholders to ensure program support and sustainability. Organize and participate in meetings, conferences, and networking events. Identify training needs and assist in the development of training materials and curricula. Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Track project performance, providing regular updates and reports to the Program Manager. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective delivery of programs. Monitor program progress and evaluate outcomes, addressing any issues that arise. Any other task assigned by the management Identify & monitor potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Annual Increment: 5% annual increment will be given depending upon KPIs achievement and overall performance in the year Age: Maximum 55 Years
