About this role

Age Limit: 25 to 45 Years Qualification Candidates must possess a minimum of 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university. This typically implies a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Education Technology, or a related discipline. Experience A minimum of 03 years of post-qualification experience is required. This experience should encompass academia, skills training policy development, workforce development, software development, or digital education implementation. Demonstrated experience in a role focused on training program design, execution, or evaluation is highly advantageous. Key Skills The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in: Excellent Communication, Networking, and Stakeholder Engagement Skills: Ability to articulate ideas clearly, build professional relationships, and effectively interact with diverse stakeholders, including industry professionals, academic partners, and government bodies. Experience in Designing and Executing Training and Career Development Programs: Proven ability to conceptualize, develop, and deliver effective training curricula and career pathways that meet specific learning objectives and industry demands. Proficiency in Data Analysis, Job Matching Platforms, and Placement Tracking Systems: Competence in utilizing data to assess training Ability to Work Collaboratively with Industry, Academia, and Development Partners: A strong team player who can foster productive relationships and synergy among various contributing entities to achieve program goals. Key Responsibilities The Assistant Manager Training will be responsible for a range of duties vital to the program's success: Strategy Implementation Support: Assist the Director in designing and implementing comprehensive training and placement strategies that are closely aligned with current and future industry needs. Training Plan Development & Maintenance: Develop and implement a comprehensive training plan, ensuring all training materials are consistently current, relevant, and effective in achieving learning outcomes. Program Supervision & Evaluation: Supervise the scheduling and delivery of training programs, diligently monitoring and evaluating their effectiveness to ensure high standards of quality and impact. Lab Session Management: Conduct assigned laboratory sessions and prepare detailed results, ensuring accurate record-keeping of student performance. Student Project and Tool Support: Guide students in their academic projects and provide support in the effective use of Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools relevant to the semiconductor field. Short-Term Training & Online Content Support: Contribute to the support of short-term training programs and assist in the preparation and formatting of engaging online training material. Tutorial Session Delivery: Conduct tutorial sessions for students to reinforce learning, clarify concepts, and provide additional academic support. Additional Duties: Perform any other duties as assigned by the course instructor to ensure the smooth operation and success of training initiatives. Annual Increment: A 5% annual increment will be provided based on the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and overall performance throughout the year.
