Fixed Salary: Rs. 218,750 per month (plus permissible benefits) Age Limit: 30 to 50 years Qualification 16 years of education in Microelectronics, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, ICT, Engineering Management, HR Development, Technical Education, or related technical field from an HEC-recognized or reputable international university. Certifications in Workforce Development, Career Services Management, or Technical Training Delivery will be considered an advantage. Experience Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in managing or supporting training, technical capacity building, career development, or placement initiatives within the semiconductor, electronics, ICT, or advanced manufacturing sectors. Preferred exposure to: Working with national/international technology employers on internship and job placement programs. Developing and executing training plans for technical sectors aligned with industry skill needs. Collaborating with universities, technical institutes, and industry partners for placement initiatives. Key Skills Strong communication, networking, and stakeholder engagement. Ability to design and execute technical training and career development programs. Proficiency in data analysis training tracking systems platforms. Coordination across academia, industry, and government bodies for workforce development. Project and event management related to job fairs, and internship programs. Key Responsibilities Assist the Director in designing and implementing national-level training strategies aligned with semiconductor industry needs. Develop and oversee the execution of training plans, ensuring materials are up-to-date, relevant, and effective. Supervise the delivery of training programs, monitor progress, and evaluate effectiveness. Develop and manage to monitor training progress, and quality assurance. Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver high-impact training, internship services. Prepare periodic reports for MoITT, PSEB, Planning Commission, and other stakeholders on training outcomes. Identify risks related to training activities and contribute to contingency plans. Support senior management in ensuring compliance of international quality standards in the delivery of overall trainings program. Performance-based Increment: 5% annual increment subject to achievement of KPIs and overall performance as per approved plan. Note: Salary and benefits are subject to revision as per Finance Division O.M. No.F.4(9)R-14/2008 dated 18th April 2022 and subsequent updates by the Federal Government. KPIs for Annual Performance Appraisal: Training Delivery: 90% of planned training sessions delivered as per schedule with positive feedback from at least 80% of participants. Trainee Satisfaction: 85% trainee satisfaction rating for trained candidates. Industry Collaboration: Contribution to at least 3 new partnerships/MoUs for placement annually. Tracking System: 100% of training and placement data updated quarterly in tracking system.
