Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education from HEC recognized university in Management Sciences / Finance / Accounts/Economics / Business Administration Experience: Minimum 5 years of post qualification experience in procurements. Preference will be given to those candidates with PSDP/ADP/Government Projects experience. Skills Required: Proven ability to manage complete procurement cycles for large-scale, multi-sector, and technology-driven projects, with hands-on use of digital procurement tools and platforms. In-depth knowledge of PPRA rules, procurement regulations, and compliance requirements, with practical experience in audits, documentation etc. Relevant experience in procurement roles within semi-government entities, autonomous organizations, or large corporate environments, demonstrating a strong understanding of institutional procurement needs and standards. Strong knowledge of Procurement and PPRA rules Well versed with office productivity, MS Project, Excel, & Other international project management tools Job Descriptions: Oversee the complete procurement lifecycle , ensuring compliance with PPRA Rules, coordination with University procurement / inventory teams Develop and review procurement plans, RFPs/RFQs, bid evaluations, contracts, and vendor management strategies; Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, monitor supplier performance, resolve delivery issues, and collaborate with internal departments to align procurement planning with organizational needs while tracking cost-saving measures. Act as the main liaison with PPRA and regulatory bodies, addressing compliance matters and regulatory updates, and ensuring audit readiness. Maintain procurement documentation, vendor records, performance reports, and contract archives in line with good governance standards. Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, monitor supplier performance, resolve delivery issues, and collaborate with internal departments to align procurement planning with organizational needs while tracking cost-saving measures. Manitain records of inventory and asset management Prepare responses to audit observations and defend procurement matters before relevant forums; regularly report on procurement performance, compliance, and cost savings. Annual Increment: 5% annual increment will be given depending upon KPIs achievement and overall performance in the year Age: Minimum 30 years - Maximum 50 Years
