Designation: Manager Curriculum and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Grade: PPS-08 Fixed Salary: Rs. 218,750 per month (plus permissible benefits) Age Limit: 30 to 50 years Qualification o Master’s degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Microelectronics, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, ICT, Engineering Education, Education Policy, Engineering Management, or related technical discipline from an HEC-recognized university or reputable international institution. o Certifications in Curriculum Design, M&E Systems, EdTech Integration, or Quality Assurance in Technical Education will be an advantage. 2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in curriculum development, M&E, technical education policy, accreditation frameworks, or skill development programs within the technology, engineering, or advanced manufacturing sectors. 3. Preferred exposure to: o Supporting curriculum reforms for semiconductor/microelectronics, ICT, or advanced technical fields. o Working with national/international accreditation bodies and regulatory agencies. o Implementing or supporting M&E frameworks for high-value (PKR 500M+) capacity-building or skill development programs. o Collaboration with universities, technical institutes, and industry partners. 4. Key Skills: o Strong coordination between academia, industry, and regulatory bodies for curriculum alignment. o Ability to support skills-gap assessments and labor market analyses. o Familiarity with EdTech, e-learning, and LMS integration into technical curricula. o Project management skills for education reform and capacity-building initiatives. o Data analysis and reporting for M&E purposes. o Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. 5. Key Responsibilities: o Assist in design, evaluation, and implementation of semiconductor-focused curricula aligned with industry and global best practices. o Support the development and updating of curriculum standards through benchmarking with international leaders. o Facilitate integration of blended learning and EdTech solutions into training programs. o Assist in development and execution of M&E frameworks, tools, and reporting systems for the project. o Monitor training program outputs, outcomes, and KPIs to ensure alignment with project objectives. o Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for curriculum quality and M&E processes. o Liaise with universities, HEC, accreditation bodies, and industry for curriculum alignment and compliance. o Contribute to preparation of reports, audits, and government submissions related to curriculum and M&E. 6. Performance-based Increment: o 5% annual increment subject to KPI achievement and overall performance as per approved plan.
