Digital Media Officer (PPS-07) @ Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB)

Age 50 years Maximum Qualification Minimum 16 Years of education with a degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ IT/Management/Telecommunication/ Business Administration/ Project-Management /Human Resources/ Social Sciences/ or related from HEC recognized foreign or local University. Experience Minimum 03 years of relevant work post qualification experience Main Responsibilities: ● Managing social media of the project. ● Website with creative updates. ● Compatible presentation of the project on social media with proper layouts and designs. ● Awareness on social media campaigns. ● Collaboration with sponsors for all the events. ● Coordinating all public relations activities. ● Events & PR. ● Looking after awareness about the project (Using multiple means like Newspaper, Cable Ads, TV shows, Radio shows and awareness sessions). ● Responsible for Monthly, Quarterly and annual events. ● Travel as per requirements. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): ● Monitoring Co-working spaces and timely generation of project progress reports. ● Coordinate with Co-working spaces for daily reports and tasks. ● Ensuring complete documentation of sites and timely resolution of issues for project operations. ● Participating in administrative staff meetings. ● Compatible presentation of the project on social media with proper layouts and designs. ● Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.).
