About this role
Age 55 years Maximum Qualification Minimum 16 Years of education with a degree in IT/Management Sciences / MBA / BBA from HEC recognized foreign or local University. Experience Minimum 5 years of professional work post qualification experience to monitor the project implementation, and coordination with relevant stack holders. Main Responsibilities: â— Monitoring Co-working spaces and timely generation of project progress reports. â— Coordinate with Co-working spaces for daily reports and tasks. â— Ensuring complete documentation of sites and timely resolution of issues for project operations. â— Participating in administrative staff meetings. â— Compatible presentation of the project on social media with proper layouts and designs. â— Procurement and purchasing, expense breakups, admin related experience will be preferred. â— Strong in the documentation process and activities. â— Liaising and coordination with the relevant PSEB departments for queries. â— Payments and TA/DA, payment processing of team from finance department. â— Proficiency in MS Office. â— Daily management of activities. â— Participate in building awareness at the district level. â— Public and media outreach using local and public mediums. â— Liaison with management and partners. â— Act as a focal person of the project in the district. â— Coordination with different departments for data /information collection/placements as per specified formats. â— Travel as per requirement. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): â— Data Analysis. â— Solving day to day queries during the registration process and system. â— Managing and updating website for new applications. â— Processing of financial documents in time.
