About this role

Qualifications and Experience Minimum 16 years of education in Business Administration, Management, General Science, Commerce, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university/institute. At least three 03 years of relevant experience in administrative roles. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in public sector organizations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficient in office productivity tools and applications. Hands-on experience with office management software, particularly MS Word and MS Excel. Job Description Assist in communication and coordination with ministries and other government departments Maintain proper records of correspondence and submissions. Support the maintenance of administrative records, filing systems, and oversight of incoming/outgoing mail. Welcome and guide visitors, manage telephone inquiries, and handle complaints professionally. Monitor and ensure the availability of office supplies and equipment; maintain inventory records and coordinate with vendors. Prepare and initiate administrative files and seek necessary approvals from management. Assist in the preparation of expense and office budget reports. Coordinate travel and logistics arrangements for PSEB staff and event participants. Schedule meetings, distribute notifications, and assist with tender-related communications and documentation. Operate office equipment such as photocopiers, printers, and fax machines as required. Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
