About this role
Min. Experience Required:  Minimum 3 years of experience with a proven track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing data pipelines.  Demonstrable experience in data analysis and reporting, scripting, and building formatted reports with visualizations  Preference will be given to candidates who possess hands-on experience in Python, SQL and Apache BigData Suite DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:  Design and develop scalable and reliable data pipelines using Python and open-source tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Apache Kafka, Apache Spark, Apache Hadoop).  Identify, plan, and implement internal process enhancements, such as automation of manual processes, data delivery optimization, and infrastructure redesign for improved scalability.  Design and develop interactive BI dashboards to support policy and decision-making.  Hands-on experience with data engineering tools and platforms with proficiency in Python, SQL and experience with data visualization.  Familiarity with big data processing frameworks such as Databricks and Apache Spark  Knowledge of data streaming platforms like Kafka  Experience with data observability and quality tools like Monte Carlo.  Solid understanding of data warehousing, data pipelines, and database management.  Implement data transformation and cleansing processes to ensure high-quality, accurate data  Responsible to collect, analyze, and shares data with technical teams to drive improvement in key business metrics, periodical reports, statistical analysis and dashboarding.  Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends in data engineering and analytics  Analysis and data modeling of NOC data received from different telecom operators  Preparation of different dashboards and summary reports containing different type of visualizations, based on data received from different departments of USF and service providers.  Coordination with different stakeholders i.e., vendors, Service Providers and inter departmental coordination for data gathering and consolidation  Development of data warehouse for centralized repository of information related to USF projects  Implementing database and web application technologies to design, develop, and evaluate innovative business intelligence solutions and automated reports  Automating periodical reports and statistical analysis  Merge BI platforms with enterprise systems and applications Functional Skills / Knowledge Areas • Excellent Interpersonal skills • Exceptional communication skills and highly collaborative • Team Player with ability to work under intense deadlines Qualification:  BS/BE in Electrical / Computer Science /Computer Engineering/Software Engineering/IT/ Data Science/Artificial Intelligence, recognized by HEC or from PEC in case of engineering.
