About this role
Minimum five (05) years of professional working experience. Relevant experience in procurement and supply chain management. Experience working under PPRA rules and EPADS is highly desirable. Job Specification: DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide budgetary / financial insights into the development of annual procurement plan of the Company. Coordinate with concerned departments to consolidate procurement requirements and ensure alignment with approved budgets. Maintain a detailed dashboard of current and upcoming procurements. Maintain a rigorous, accountable and transparent procurement system, which is compliant with PPRA, relevant laws and company requirements. Assist in establishing and implementing procurement plans with various Teams / Departments. Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness of all procurement processes. Review existing procurement methods and recommend process improvements for efficiency and compliance. Provide support to ensure that all purchases are of highest quality and standards. Work closely with Finance department to regularly monitor payment status and ensure timely payments to concerned stakeholders. Review existing Procurement methods and make process improvements for effective delivery. Preparation of bidding documents, RFQs and assist in preparation of queries/clarifications. Maintain procurement contract records. Updating/maintaining of EPADS portal (portion relevant to organization). Highlight variations in progress, record reasons and report to line manager. Prepare tender notices, RFPs, and related procurement documentation in line with PPRA requirements. Other duties, as directed by the management.
