Required Qualifications : --------------------------- - BS/BSc. Computer science / Software Engineering (recognized by the HEC). Minimum Experience Required: ---------------------------------- - Fresh graduate or maximum 02 years of IT experience. - Front end IT/website support & administration. - Working knowledge & understanding of Windows 7/8/10. Description of Responsibilities: ---------------------------------- - Front line IT support on daily basis, Ticket Logs maintenance for each issue till resolution for FY 2021-22. - Maintenance of IT infrastructure computer terminals, laptops, telephone exchange, photocopiers, printers, Fax, and other IT infrastructure equipment. - Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. - Administration of MS Exchange Server 2013, File Server, Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager, Oracle ERP Servers etc. - Arranging of online meetings (MS Team, Zoom etc.) - Maintaining Data Center environmental issues. - Troubleshooting in ERP technical issues at client end.
