About this role
Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education (from HEC recognized university) in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master will be highly valued. Experience: Minimum 08 years of post-qualification working as Project Manager/ Leading monitoring or evaluation projects preferably in PSDP projects. Candidate must possess strong knowledge of Procurement and PPRA rules. Key Responsibilities: Project Oversight and Management: Plan, monitor, and manage PSEB’s projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Utilize project management tools like MS Project and international standards to streamline processes. Track project deliverables and milestones, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with government ministries, agencies, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project alignment. Represent PSEB in meetings, preparing and delivering comprehensive presentations and reports. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on project status, financial performance, and timelines for senior management and government stakeholders. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability. Develop and implement comprehensive M&E frameworks, including KPIs, baselines, and targets. Design tools and methodologies for data collection, analysis, and reporting to measure project progress and impact. Conduct regular monitoring of project activities, ensuring alignment with goals and donor requirements. Create dashboards and visual tools to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. Financial and Administrative Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and usage of resources. Support procurement processes, logistics, and other administrative functions essential for project success. Identify and mitigate risks that could affect project outcomes. Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, and international project management tools (JIRA, Trello). Strong command of office productivity tools and data analysis software. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences. Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Age Limit: Maximum 45 years.
