About this role
Min. Experience Required: ----------------------------- 1- 8 years’ total experience with 5 years working experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer in a Hospital Management Information System. 2- Expert in User Acceptance Testing, Smoke Testing, Black Box testing, White Box testing, and cyber Security. He has good knowledge of writing the user acceptance case, use case and software manuals will be preferred. 3- Professional experience will start after the completion of the minimum qualification/degree(s) required for this post 4- Familiarity with cybersecurity tools. 5- Experience working with Hospital Management Information Systems (HMIS) or other healthcare software systems will be preferred. Job Specification: ------------------- 1- To provide technical input to the senior management regarding existing and newly proposed software application systems, their performance and usability, and training requirements for existing staff of government departments/ministries. 2- Identify and document defects, ensuring traceability, and follow through to resolution. 3- Conduct manual and automated testing to validate system functionality, performance, and security. 4- Validate the integrity of patient information and ensure it is securely handled across the system. 5- Conduct performance testing to ensure that the HMIS performs efficiently, with multiple simultaneous users, under high load and stress. 6- Collaborate with vendors and its developers to identify bottlenecks and resolve performance issues. 7- Work closely with the development team to identify and troubleshoot issues during all phases of the software development lifecycle. 8- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of test results, defect logs, and compliance reports. 9- Regularly update progress reports to the project manager and suggest improvements to enhance the system's quality. 10- Provide support and training to hospital staff and stakeholders during the testing phase. Qualification: --------------- - 4 Years of Bachelor or Master in the field of IT/Software/Computer from any reputed HEC-recognized / foreign university/institution.
