Implementation Officer @ National IT Board(NITB)

Min. Experience Required: ----------------------------- - Five (05) years’ experience as a support engineer/implementation assistant in the field of IT/Software in Government Organizations or firms of repute in the Public or Private sector specifically related to Hospital Management Systems. - Experience working with Hospital Management Information Systems (HMIS) or other healthcare software systems will be preferred. Job Specification: ------------------- 1. Knowledge of computer hardware and accessories. 2. Expert in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting operating systems and standard office applications at client desktops. 3. Good communication skills 4. Read, understand, and apply computer-run instructions procedures, and charts. 5. Detect gross errors in the material and data being processed. 6. Learn new operating programs and equipment quickly. 7. Perform precise and accurate work. 8. Operate display terminals rapidly and accurately. 9. Understand and follow Oral and Written directions. 10. Capable of doing small computer-related tasks like letter-typing, creating mathematical sheets creating presentations, etc. 11. Provide end-user training on the application. 12. Assist the Manager in preparing Monthly and Quarterly Progress Reports as per approved templates of the Planning Commission and to keep Senior Management on project progress. Qualification: --------------- - 4 Years of Bachelor's or Master's in the field of IT/Software/Computer from any reputed HEC-recognized / foreign university/institution.
