Min. Experience Required: ---------------------------- - Entry level position. - Internship experience in HR department is preferred. DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES: ---------------------------------------- - Responsible for execution of HR Operations which involves but not limited to payroll management, contract Management, compensation & benefits, recruitment, etc. - Process employee-related payments including salaries, EoBI, financial settlements, and travel vouchers in ERP systems. - Manage HR filing and maintain databases. - Administer employment contracts, probation, confirmations, and extensions. - Oversee medical, life insurance, and gratuity portfolios. - Prepare monthly attendance report, handle leave management, reconcile monthly attendance records, and manage in-out attendance. - Perform miscellaneous HR operations such as issuing experience letters and maintaining employee records. - Coordinate with audit teams for HR-related data compilation and provide it to the HR Manager. - Undertake special tasks assigned by the Head of Department, such as supporting HRGC and the Board on HR matters, preparing working papers for committees and Board meetings as required. - Provide operational support in executing various HR processes, including recruitment, performance management, and learning & development. - Any other task assigned by the Line Manager and Management. Qualification: Education: - Bachelors/Masters in HR or Business Administration Functional Skills / Knowledge Areas: --------------------------------------- - Excellent verbal & written skills - Good Interpersonal skills - Time management & ability to work under intense deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Experience of HRMS is an added advantage Location of Job: ------------------ - Islamabad Other Details: ---------------- - This is a strictly operational entry level role.
