Min. Experience Required: ----------------------------- • Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in in the field of IT with a focus on Business & Web Applications • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Team Leadership in large national/international/government organizations. • Proven track record of architecting, implementing, securing, and managing information technology systems in large national or international organizations and complex business environments. • Hands on knowledge and experience of IT systems, applications, security, networks, cloud, and emerging technology integration experience. • At least 2 years of experience in managing Data Warehouse, Business intelligence, Migration, Application and Analytics projects. Job Specification: ------------------- - SM Technology Projects & Applications shall spearhead the design, development, implementation, and management of STZA's technology and business applications. This includes overseeing end-to-end applications related organizational IT systems and functions to align with strategic growth objectives and achieve state-of-the-art digital governance standards. Key Responsibilities: ---------------------- ◠Provide strategic Decision Support of Business & Web Applications related Initiatives especially STZA’s One Window Portal in true letter and spirit. ◠Efficiently manage technology and vendor selection process, oversight, and maintenance for all business & web application related initiatives. ◠Facilitate meetings, workshops, and trainings for STZA Business & Web Applications to gather requirements, communicate updates, and address concerns with internal/external stakeholders on design, implementation, testing, and upgrades. ◠Lead the design, development, and implementation of STZA One Window Portal enhancements, ensuring stakeholder needs and organizational goals alignment. ◠Effective Oversight of Business & Web Application Architecture including STZA’s One Window Portal ◠Ensure One Window Portal and other business applications comply with applicable laws, regulations, and security standards, including data protection and privacy requirements. ◠Assistance in choosing trustworthy tech vendors for Business & Web Applications and other IT services, both internal and external ◠Ensuring Cost Efficiency and Budget Management of all Business & Web Applications related initiatives ◠Maintaining oversight on configuration and management of STZA website, business applications and other business systems. ◠Assist in the formation and delivery of STZA’s Digital Transformation Roadmap and Execution through effective use of Business Applications. Education Requirements: --------------------------- ◠Minimum academic qualification for this role is a graduate/bachelor’s degree (16 years), in Engineering, IT, Innovation, Technology Management or a related discipline a reputable national or foreign university recognized by HEC. ◠Master’s degree is a strong plus ◠Project/Program Management (PMP Certification) is a strong plus. ◠Certifications in Agile, Six sigma, Prince2 is a strong plus.
