Reports to: Manager / Director Skills & Capacity Development. Work Location: Islamabad. Maximum Age: 35 years. Qualification & Experience: Minimum 16 years of qualification in business administration, general science, commerce, or equivalent from an HEC recognized University. A minimum of three (03) years of relevant experience in administration/project management/ is required. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant work experience in a public sector organization and those possessing Project Management experience/qualifications. Incumbent possessing good communication & and interpersonal skills, abilities in proposal writing, drafting, and presentation with proficiency in using office applications and tools is desired. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, development, and execution of skills development and capacity building programs and projects for Pakistan’s IT & ITeS sector, including technology training/certifications, management training, soft skills development, and likewise. Assist in the development of project proposals, MoUs, PC-1, Concept Notes, and Proposals for foreign funding, collaboration, and cooperation. Assist in Monitoring and Evaluation of all programs and projects with the ability to use related tools and applications. Assist in building a strong Industry-Academia linkage toward producing globally competitive tech talent meeting and exceeding global standards. Assist in coordination with relevant public and private entities, and industry associations for all related purposes. Assists in creating and carrying out surveys, collecting and compiling data at industry/company/individual levels to enable informed planning and decision-making on policies, programs, and projects for the development of the IT & ITeS sector making them globally competitive. Any other responsibilities as and when assigned.
