Joint Director / Project Manager (PPS-9) (Comp-II) @ Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB)

Age 55 Years Maximum. Qualification Minimum 16 Years of education with a degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ MBA / Information Technology / Project Management / Finance / Economics from HEC recognized University, foreign or local institute. Experience 10 years and above of relevant experience. Main Responsibilities ● Applying experience with Government, industry and/or Multinational Corporations to enhance and complete project implementation and performance. ● Responsible for the operations and execution of the project. ● Takes lead in all project activities like public outreach, media relations, and development partners. ● Work on the process of project approvals. ● Team Management with Career building of employees ● Travel as per requirements Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): ● Liaising with the partners for establishment of new Co-working spaces ● Monitoring and evaluating the project performance ● Generating new methods and ideas to improve project performance ● Representation of the organization to the public, stakeholders, and partners ● Managing team and departments to be working in full capacity ● Complete Project cycle with progress reports
