About this role
Min. Experience Required: ---------------------------- - Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in HR or related field. - Experience of supervising complete HR function (including but not limited to, HR Planning, Performance Management, Learning & Development) as catalyst between management and employees. - Must have led training and development programs in organization. - Hands on experience of assisting Top Management on organizational policy matters in workforce planning, HR Budget, employees' engagement plans, grievance handling and recommend policy changes to the Management. - Experience of analyzing and modifying compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs while ensuring compliance. - Experience of drafting and improvisation of HR Policies aligned with best corporate practices, adhering all relevant rules regulations. Description of Responsibilities: ---------------------------------- - Supervise all HR strategic matters including but not limited to Manpower planning, HR Budget, employment contract management, employee relations, grievance handling, training and development and succession planning. - Design and implement company policies that promote a result oriented healthy work environment. - Work as HR catalyst in employee engagement plans and preservation of human capital. - Provide expert level advice to management in different HR related matters. Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire). - Incorporate digital solutions to revolutionize HR processes, optimizing efficiency, and fostering a data-centric approach to workforce management, ultimately enhancing organizational agility and performance. - Maintain organogram by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. - Supervise financial matters of employees such as payroll management, gratuity issues, employees loan management, employees' medical insurance and life insurance claims as and when required. - Prepare working papers of HR agenda items for HRGC / Board and other relevant meetings. - Handling gratuity fund trust matters by representing middle and junior level employees. - Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. - Ownership and maintenance of HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. - Conducting annual performance appraisals for all employees across the organization. - Any other task assigned by the Management. Functional Skills / Knowledge Areas: ---------------------------------------- - Proficiency in HR strategic planning, manpower planning, and budget management. - Expertise in employment contract management, employee relations, grievance handling, and succession planning. - Strong knowledge of HR policies and legal compliance. - Ability to provide expert-level advice to management on HR-related matters. - Experience in monitoring HR metrics and utilizing data-driven insights for decision-making. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective employee engagement and preservation of human capital. - Leadership abilities to supervise and guide HR teams effectively. - Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle diverse HR challenges. - Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and prepare HR agenda items effectively.
