Min. Experience Required: ----------------------------- - Must qualify Fit and Proper criteria for appointment as Chief Executive of a Public Sector Company as defined in the State-owned Enterprise Act 2023, and applicable rules, guidelines, and procedures including competence capability, personal and financial integrity. - Must have a minimum of 15 years of professional experience with at least 5 Years in senior management/leadership role (CEO-1 level) in ICT/Telecom Sector with well-reputed organizations. Description of Responsibilities: ----------------------------------- - Responsible for the development and implementation of the organization's overall vision and mission. - Works with the board of directors and senior leaders to establish strategic goals and related plans and policies. - Oversees the complete affairs of the company, including the organization’s financial operations, ensuring adequate and sound budget allocation, utilization, and transparency for the fulfillment of the mission and goals of the company. - Responsible for ensuring sound financial results of all operations and taking appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance and results. - Presents regular reports on the status of the company’s operations to the board of directors and updates to the government, and other relevant stakeholders on the fund's activities, achievements, and challenges. - Serves as the company’s representative to the board of directors, government officials, industry leaders, service providers, employees, and consumer groups. - Ensures the company’s compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards. - Builds a high-performance team and provides guidance, support, and mentorship.
