"Qualification: Associate Engineering (Civil)/B. Tech (Civil)or equivalent from a university/institute recognized by HEC. Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience." Job Descriptions: Ensure the quality of BOQs/BOMs and forecast project requirements Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly Measure and value the work done on site Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the Specialist in cost management/quantity surveying , will be working closely with the consultants before finalizing project payments Maximum age: 45 Years
