About this role
Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in ACMA, ACCA, MBA, M.Com or equivalent from a university/institute recognized by HEC. Experience: Minimum 10 years of commercial experience of working with a reputed construction/Infrastructure development company. Skills Required: Excellent accounting skills with special emphasis on construction projects Flexibility and ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment, must have undertaken such projects in the past. Well versed with accounting softwares related to engineering projects, Internet and email applications Job Descriptions: Reporting to Project Director and provide assistance to others Managers in performing routine project finance and accounting related tasks and activities To perform routine analysis of project payments and perform book keeping as well as coordinate with DDO for release of payments Assist higher management in monitoring projects costs as well as devise operations manual for financial approvals etc To physically monitor progress and update schedule and cost estimations Ensure that all payments are made in accordance with payment schedule and according to project measurement specifications Conduct thorough examination of project payments before finalization. Perform file work as and when required or instructed Perform financial utilization reviews with higher management Maximum age: 50 Years.
