About this role
Minimum Experience Required: ----------------------------------- - Minimum of 2 years of experience in data modeling, data warehouse and development of business intelligence solutions using BI tools. - Experience in a BI role demonstrating data analysis and reporting, scripting, and building formatted reports with visualizations - Demonstrable experience across the Microsoft Technology suite of products including competency with Power BI while hands-on experience with other BI visualization tools such as Tableau etc would be a plus - Preference will be given to candidates already working in telecom industry Required Qualifications: -------------------------- - BS/BE in Electrical /Computer / Computer Science /Computer Engineering/Software Engineering/IT Data Science, recognized by HEC or from PEC in case of engineering. Description of Responsibilities: ---------------------------------- - Responsible to collect, analyze, and share data with technical teams to drive improvement in key business metrics, periodical reports, statistical analysis and dashboarding. - Provide ad-hoc data analysis and reporting to QAM team and other stakeholders - Implements tools and frameworks for automating report generation, identification of data quality issues - Merges BI platforms with enterprise systems and applications - Enhances the performance of business intelligence tools by defining data to filter and indexes - Performing data analysis, data validations and data mapping/design. Incorporating Python, SQL and similar languages into existing reports - Analysis and data modeling of NOC data received from different telecom operators - Preparation of different dashboards and summary reports containing different type of visualizations, based on data received from different departments of USF and service providers. - Coordination with different stakeholders - Development of data warehouse for centralized repository of information related to USF projects - Implementing database and web application technologies to design, develop, and evaluate innovative business intelligence solution and automated reports - Automating periodical reports and statistical analysis - Merge BI platforms with enterprise systems and applications
