Minimum Experience Required: ----------------------------------- - At least 3 years of relevant experience - Strong legal acumen - Advocate high court preferred - Experience in litigious matters, drafting, reviewing, and revising agreements - Outstanding communication, negotiation, and drafting skills Required Qualifications: -------------------------- - LLB from HEC recognized university Description of Responsibilities: ---------------------------------- - Overseeing and managing Company’s legal cases and litigious matters - Negotiate, draft, and advise on array of contracts, MOUs, proposed amendments, or new laws - Appearing with external legal counsel in courts where necessary - Appearing as the Company’s authorized representative with relation to matters before government authorities and regulatory bodies. - Provide legal advice on contract related and litigious matters - Observing all laws - Drafting and reviewing proposed amendments or new laws, contracts, MoUs, etc. - Pursuing all litigations - Any other task assigned by the organization
