Minimum Experience Required: ---------------------------------- - Minimum four (04) years professional working experience. Required Qualifications: -------------------------- - Master’s degree (or equivalent) from HEC recognized University/ Institute. Description of Responsibilities: ---------------------------------- - Provide budgetary / financial insights in development of annual procurement plan of the Company. - Provide technical support and guidance to concerned stakeholders on the development of supply chain plans, including demand analysis, market assessments, and planning of all company procurements and required related infrastructure. - Maintain a rigorous, accountable, and transparent procurement system, which is compliant with PPRA Procurement Manual, local laws and company requirements. - Assist in establishing and implementing procurement plans with various Teams / Departments. - Provide support to ensure that all purchases are of highest quality and standards. - Work closely with Finance department to regularly monitor payment status and ensure timely payments to concerned stakeholders. Review existing Procurement methods and make process improvements for effective delivery. - Other duties, as directed by the management.
