Age limit: ----------- - 50 years(Age relaxation has already been incorporated in maximum age limit as per Federal Government rules and policies). Qualification: --------------- - Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or any related field (at least 16 years of education). Degrees must be recognized by HEC or PEC. Experience: ------------- - Having 08 years of experience in public or private sector organization in the IT or other IT related domains with focus on policies and standard setting used in international IT industry. Job Description: ------------------ - Administer everyday workflow of all implementation processes and provide technical lead to all associates. - Manage & supervise the respective project components for effective project execution. - Engage with stakeholders for consultative sessions & ensure change management process. - Ensure approval & get endorsement from higher competent authorities of the standards & policies. - Consult with team/third-parties to resolve all issues within required timeframe and recommend appropriate changes to all policies and procedures and evaluate all implementation for team. - Collaborate with stakeholders in different domains throughout the project lifecycle. - Maintain all project plans and ensure compliance to timeframe and collaborate with stakeholders for all implementation processes. - Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. - Be regularly updated latest tech and trends relevant to the program especially in the area of standards and policies development. - Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. - Attention to details and pro-active problem-solving skills with an emphasis on IT framework development process.
