Required Qualifications: --------------------------- - Engineering degree (Bachelors or Masters) in Electrical, Computers or Telecom Engineering recognized by PEC Or from a foreign university recognized by the HEC. - Must be Professionally Certified in 5G RAN. Description of Responsibilities: ----------------------------------- - To plan and execute monitoring visits to various projects with the help of USF Monitoring team and to provide input for hiring of external teams to help in completion of various monitoring activities in a timely and professional manner. - To investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues. - Tracking the progress of monitoring audits of all projects by coordinating with respective Project managers. - To maintain monitoring and snag removal tracker on a dashboard. - To liaise with monitoring team for timely initiation and payment of OPEX cases. - Technical report writing and review of submitted reports. - To design monitoring itinerary for the team so that each completed project is visited twice a year. - To ensure effective and continuous communication with peers and seniors management. - To ensure that the project sites and nodes are monitored as per defined quality standards. - Inter departmental recommendations and feedback for improvements in network performance. - Ensure timely escalations of issues to different Service Providers (SP) and maintain continuous follow-up for resolution of highlighted issues. - Conducting meetings with Senior USF management and apprising the ongoing monitoring performance. - Coordinate with SP for resolution of complaints forwarded from technical coordination department. - Assist CO QAM in handling departmental tasks and distribute assigned tasks between teams for timely completion. - Coordinate with Legal department for processing of Auction and Force majeure related matters. - Chairing weekly Team meeting for project status reporting & blockers. - Extensive travelling may be required as per work requirement in any project area across the country. Minimum Experience Required: ---------------------------------- - Minimum 10 years of overall post qualification Telecom experience with minimum 5 years’ experience of managing teams involved in Implementation or O&M of BSS and Transmission or RF (DT and optimization) of 2G and 3G / 4G (LTE) networks. Good understanding of 2G, 3G / 4G (LTE) and OFC networks.
