Required Qualifications: -------------------------- - Minimum 16 years of college degree in Business/Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or Telecom Engineering. Degrees should be verifiable through HEC. In case of Engineering, Degree shall be recognized by PEC. Description of Responsibilities: ---------------------------------- - Responsible for driving the strategic agenda of the organization, which includes designing & implementing the project strategies & other related process strategies, enabling the organization to adopt future technologies & industry best practices. - Oversee special projects\operations of strategic importance to the organization. - Conduct meetings with cross functional teams at USF. - Furnishing information for completion of tasks assigned by Head of Department (HoD). - Making presentations and working papers for completion of tasks assigned by CEO USF. - Conducting meetings with market leaders in Telecom and CSR e.g., FAO, ITU, GSMA, Google & Meta etc. to look for initiatives that would serve the rural population of Pakistan, and prepare a report for HoD and CEO USF. - Oversee special projects\operations of strategic importance to the organization. - Preparing summarized dashboard for instant availability of information related to organizational statistics. - Preparation of publications, reports, articles or any other such material when required. Minimum Experience Required: ---------------------------------- - Minimum 08 years of overall post qualification experience with minimum 5 years of telecom or ICT related experience. Good understanding of ICT sectors preferred.
