About this role
- A Skilled Executive to undertake a variety of day-to-day protocol arrangements for the Chairman office. To ensure logistic arrangements linked with Chairman office are coordinated efficiently and seamlessly. Key Responsibilities: ---------------------- - To receive, accompany and see off official delegations and government officials on behalf of Chairman Office. - Ensure up-to-date record keeping and proper documentation for the assignments being undertaken in context to logistics and arrangements. - Facilitate and support the Chairman Office on any coordination related to high level meeting, engagements, and events with proactive and optimized approach. - Ensure support to the Chairman Office and maintain proper follow-ups with professional approach to effectively track and ensure closure of tasks assigned. - Provide protocol coverage to meetings and events involving the Chairman, at and away from Office. - Provides the necessary protocol and liaison services to the incoming guests during different events, meetings related to the Authority. - Effective professional coordination with Admin & Security teams. Essential Skills & Competencies: ----------------------------------- - Ability to work under a highly demanding multitasking working environment. - Strong communication and inter-personal skills. - Strong follow-up and documentation management. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Technically savvy – high command on MS Office Tools. Education Requirements: --------------------------- - Minimum academic qualification for this role is a graduate/bachelor’s degree (16 years) in relevant fields from a national or foreign university recognized by HEC. Min. Experience Required: ----------------------------- - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
