About this role
- This role is responsible to generally manage end-to-end new and/or on-going projects with complete ownership. Incumbent on this role will also participate with the IT systems implementation and management, Website management, Drafting of RFPs related to IT, Technical Evaluation of IT Tenders, and other day to day IT operations and support. Key Responsibilities: ---------------------- - Ensure support in establishing and maintaining IT and digital communication infrastructure, including wireless or LAN networks - Working & coordinating with third-party service providers to keep the networks running efficiently. - Troubleshooting the network problem and resolving it. - Coordination with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to run smooth IT operations. - Ensure support in implementation and management of IT Systems to ease the work of end users. - Assist in making of Technical RFPs related to IT Networks/Systems/Equipment’s according to PPRA Rules. - Assist in Technical Evaluation of RFPs according to PPRA Rules. - Configuration and management of live and backup servers. - Website Management and content uploading. - Resolving issues of end users related to emails, software’s, and internet. Essential Skills & Competencies: ----------------------------------- - Expertise in MS Visio, MS Office Tools. - Good knowledge of Firewalls, Switches, Routers their configuration and management. - Good knowledge of server’s management. - Good communication & interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle heavy workload effectively and efficiently with excellent teamwork. - Ready to accept challenges and meet stringent deadlines. - Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills. - Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and accuracy. - Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Education Requirements: ---------------------------- - Minimum bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (16 years) from a national or foreign university recognized by HEC. Min. Experience Required: ---------------------------- - Up to 1 Year of Relevant Experience Required.
