About this role

- Responsible to undertake a variety of day-to-day office coordination tasks. The individual will be an integral part in ensuring that the office operations run smoothly on day-to-day business and are successful in supporting other office activities. Key Responsibilities: ---------------------- - To handle all calendar items, scheduling meetings, receiving & making phone calls and file completion & management. - Assist in support functions of the Chairmans Office including but not limited to drafting letters, and notices. - Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency. - Maintain files and records with effective electronic and manual filing systems. - Monitor office supplies inventory and maintain record of office expenditures. - Handling of courier related items. Essential Skills & Competencies: ----------------------------------- - Strong follow-up and documentation management. - Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written). - Knows how to use MS Office tools. - Attention to details. - Must be technically savvy. Education Requirements: ---------------------------- -Minimum academic qualification for this role is a graduate/bachelor’s degree (16 years) in relevant fields from a national or foreign university recognized by HEC. Min. Experience Required: ----------------------------- - Up to 02 year of relevant experience.
