About this role
- Responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining business content in the line with business strategy. The responsibilities will also include overall STZA related content ownership across all communication mediums and platforms. Key Responsibilities: ---------------------- - Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term business strategies. - Collaborate with in-house and external marketing agency(s) and design teams to plan and develop content, style, and relevant layouts. - Lead development of effective and engaging content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the Authority’s website. - Editing and proofreading all written content that goes public. - Optimize content according to SEO. - Implement content management systems to analyze all content related material and traffic users. - Design and utilize user engagement metrics with effective feedback mechanism and related reporting tools and analysis. Essential Skills & Competencies: ----------------------------------- - Strong Communication and interpersonal Skills. - Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing. - Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics. - Must be technically savvy. Education Requirements: ---------------------------- - Minimum academic qualification for this role is a graduate/bachelor’s degree (16 years) in relevant fields from a national or foreign university recognized by HEC. Min. Experience Required: ---------------------------- - Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with national/international firms/organizations. - Proven work experience as a Content expert. - Hands on experience with MS Office & related tools.
