About this role
- Assist the assigned line manager in procurement coordination and related tasks. Key Responsibilities: ---------------------- - Assist in full compliance of procurement operational activities as per prescribed/approved rules and processes. - Ensure proper capturing of all documentation and record-keeping for complete procurement cycle process with accurate timelines both in digital and paper documentation format. - Provide necessary coordination support (written and verbal) for all steps of procurement process. - Assist in maintaining a vendor database and ensure effective use of the system to record the listing, updating of service providers and vendors. - Provide administrative support to line manager as and when required. Essential skills & competencies: ----------------------------------- - Strong Communications Skills (written and verbal). - Attention to details. - Tech Savvy. - High degree of ownership and responsibility. - Know-how of supply chain management. Qualification: -------------- - Minimum academic qualification for this role is a graduate/bachelor’s degree (16 years) in relevant fields from a national or foreign university recognized by HEC. Min. Experience Required: ----------------------------- - Up to one (01) year of relevant experience. - Fresh graduates with excellent academic record may also qualify.
