About this role
- Assist and support the assigned team and/or the assigned line manager in smooth functioning of day-to-day Business operations. Key Responsibilities: ---------------------- - Provide necessary coordination and operational support to the assigned domain in ensuring that there is ownership and responsibility in undertaking the tasks assigned. - Ensure up-to-date record keeping and proper documentation for the assignments being undertaken. - Maintain proper follow-ups with professional approach to effectively track and ensure closure of tasks assigned. - Customer centric approach in terms of internal and external customer handling. Essential Skills & Competencies: ----------------------------------- - Strong follow-up and documentation management. - Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written). - You must be able to work under a highly demanding multitasking working environment. - Must be technically savvy – high command on MS Office Tools. Qualification: --------------- - Minimum academic qualification for this role is a graduate/bachelor’s degree (16 years) in relevant fields from a national or foreign university recognized by HEC. Min. Experience Required: ----------------------------- - Up to one (01) year of relevant experience. - Fresh graduates with excellent academic record may also qualify.
