About this role

- Assist and support the relevant assigned team or assigned line manager in streamlining Human Resources related project/task/assignment. Key Responsibilities: ---------------------- - Assist and support in effective management of all employees’ transactional services as per approved HR policies and procedures. - Support in managing all employee related data and documentation while ensuring complete confidentiality. - Assist and support in automation initiatives of HR i.e. including but not limited to HR QMS (Query Management System), Recruitment Dashboard data management, Talent profiling data management of employees. - Any other special task assigned by authorized HR representative. Essential Skills & Competencies: ------------------------------------ - Highly customer centric with result orientation. - Must demonstrate high level of ownership and responsibility at all times. - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. - Attention to detail, collaboration and team player. - Tech Savvy – must be well versed with MS Office tools – excel, word, power point. Qualification: --------------- - Minimum academic qualification for this role is a graduate/bachelor’s degree (16 years) in relevant fields from a national or foreign university recognized by HEC.
