- Assist and support the team and/or assigned line manager for Tech enablement or initiatives being undertaken. Key Responsibilities: ---------------------- - Assist in managing software/hardware/application trouble-shooting. - Prepare and enable tech-based logs and tech help-desk - Facilitate dedicated support in automating services/processes that are enabling and efficiency augmenting for internal business operations – office automation enablement. Essential Skills & Competencies: ----------------------------------- - You must be service and solution oriented with high degree of ownership and responsibilities. - Attention to detail. - High degree of passion and energy. Qualification: --------------- - Minimum academic qualification for this role is a graduate/bachelor’s degree (16 years) in relevant fields from a national or foreign university recognized by HEC. Min. Experience Required: ---------------------------- - Up to one (01) year of relevant experience. - Fresh technology graduates with excellent academic record may also qualify.
