REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: --------------------------- - 10+ years of experience of telecom network deployment, multi-vendor and multi technology management. - Strong understanding of standard project management methodologies, principles, practices, processes and tools. - Hands on experience of Cellular Access Network deployment, Audit & Acceptance, Network verification, vendor management for 2G/3G/4G Networks. Fiber Optic Network deployment and audit. Projects work experience related to organizational excellence and process improvement. - Possess excellent communication, technical report writing and presentation skills. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS : --------------------------------- - Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications / Electrical /Electronics / Computer Engineering recognized by PEC. - MS in Telecom, Networks and related will be preferred. DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES: ----------------------------------------- - SM I&C is responsible implementation of all the nationwide USF projects in unserved and unserved areas. - Manage all Telecom network projects i.e. Mobile Broadband Infrastructure (3G/4G/LTE) & Fiber Optic Infrastructure for on time delivery of scope. End-to-end accountability of project delivery fulfilling contract requirements. - Collaborate with Service Provider engineering, procurement, regulatory, legal, deployment, and operations primes to prioritize and schedule project deliverables. - Lead regular monthly and quarterly meetings with stakeholders on resolving implementation issues and variances and develop action plans to mitigate risks. - Regular contractual reporting and communication on project status, budget, and quality with internal and external stakeholders to meet project schedules and project oversight. Effectively manage change requests on projects. - Oversee the Hiring of Technical Auditors, Technical Audits, Project Timelines & Trackers and recommending Milestone acceptance or rejection. - Leading critical projects that require providing project team members with instruction, guidance, and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes. - Provides a second level management to the teams led by the CTO. - Lead initiatives involving a significant level of technology transformation and organizational change. - Extensive travelling may be required as per work requirement across the country.
