REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: --------------------------- - Total 10 years of experience required out of which minimum 06 years of experience should be as IT Project manager & software developer. - In dept knowledge of IT equipment, services & products. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS : --------------------------------- - Master’s in computer science / Software Engineering (recognized by the HEC). DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES: ---------------------------------------- - Initiating IT procurements as per IT budget approved for each Financial Year. - Managing new IT projects from inception to closures. - Driving the team with digital transformation vision & assisting management with new initiatives. - Conducting RFP / RFQ & vetting solution as per business requirements. - Managing ERP system & assisiting with it development. - Managing cloud based application development & automation tools. - Installing/configuring/troubleshooting different Hardware and software installed at USF Office. - Servers monitoring & administration. - Website Content updating/Management. - Initiating Asset Movement forms/ Asset Disposal Form & Process related to IT. - RFP/ToRs preparation, Technical Evaluation for IT related procurements. - Initiating Noting’s (PR's) on ERP related to IT section and their follow up. - Administering/ Monitoring/ Troubleshooting PABX Telephone Exchange. - Monitoring/Maintaining Optic Fiber links installed at USF data center, and its correspondence with service providers. - Checking Surveillance Cameras installed at USF Office.
