Required Qualifications : ------------------------- - Bachelor’s degree preferably Master degree with minimum 03 years of experience in Administration. - Minimum 03 years of proven experience as administration Officer for drafting and revision of Administrative Policies. - Competencies in: establishing Administrative systems, Handling of manpower, workforce usage, framework and policies. - Experience in providing advice to senior-level management in different administrative matters. - Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances. - Experience in ERP etc. systems, basic configuration and maintenance. Job Details: ------------ - Plan and coordinate administrative procedures & systems and devise ways to streamline processes - Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations - Manage schedules and deadlines - Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints - Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation - Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g. electricians, gardener plumber etc.) - Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.) - Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations - Keep abreast with all organizational changes and developments - Ensure PPRA/legal compliance throughout administrative management - Development of routine duty rosters.
