About this role

Required Qualifications : ------------------------- - Masters in Engineering and/ or Business Administration. - Certification in Project Management from a recognized and reputable institute preferred - Minimum two (02) to four (04) years of experience in support, coordination or similar role - Experience in PMO of telecommunication sector will be a plus - Experience of maintaining project databases using software - Good interpersonal communication skills both oral and written - Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. printer, scanner, photocopier etc) - Analytical thinking, patience and professionalism. Job Details: ------------ - To assist Manager/Head of Technical Coordination in day-to-day activities related to project matters, planning matters and other sensitive matters as per assigned timelines - To maintain a working relationship with different organizational departments to collect projects and related updates from relevant sections - To maintain database of project records, prepare and assist in preparation of requisite project information, prepare reports and presentations, prepare website project updates etc. - To keep track of sectional tasks along with their aging and identify remedial actions with supervisor - To assist in providing relevant record to Audit Teams as and when required and to assist in preparation of Audit Paras - To perform any other task assigned by the supervisor.
