We are looking for an experienced communications professional to enhance our brand and lead our internal communications strategy. This role plays a critical part in ensuring employees are well‑informed and connected to our culture in a dynamic and fast‑growing organization.
Based in Singapore, you will be part of the Communications & Public Affairs team, working closely with leadership, HR, and cross‑functional teams to support employee engagement and communications campaigns across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Communications
Translate business and organizational updates into clear and engaging contentDevelop and execute global internal communications strategy in the regionDevelop key messages and presentations for internal communicationsManage internal communication channels including townhalls, internal platforms, workspace design, email communicationsCreate high‑quality content including creatives, stories and videosEnsure messaging consistency, brand alignment, and tone of voice across all internal communicationsTrack and analyse engagement metrics to measure communications effectivenessGather employee feedback and insights to continuously improve messaging and channels Employee Engagement & Culture
Drive communications that strengthen employee engagement and connection across Singapore and regional teamsLead brand communities and manage brand assetsPartner with HR on employer branding initiatives Integrated Communications Support
Support other communications functions including public relations and social mediaEnsure outputs reflect organisational priorities, key messages, and brand identitySupport regional projects and strategic initiativesPerform all other job-related duties as assigned Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related fieldAt least 8 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communicationsExperience supporting executive communications and community managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in visual communication, Adobe Photoshop or photography will be a plusComfortable coordinating logistics and supporting multi-stakeholder initiativesStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholdersAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Additional Information
